Oh, I love it!
Clifford was one of my faves as a kid...in fact, my Big Red Dog is one of the few stuffed animals from my childhood that I still have and keep on display. So much fun, I'm tempted to make one too! :teehee: .

I think he looks great and just like Ol' Clif...maybe tonight I'll post a pic of my beaten up version to show how nice and fresh (and ready for adventure) yours is!

Oh my goodness! Way too cute! :cheering:

How long did it take you to make Clifford? The preschool room my daughter has been in for the past two years is called "Clifford's Clubhouse." Hmmm...I see a red dog or two in my future...

Oh my! That dog is so adorable!!!!

My daughter's puppy (Pele -- as in the famous soccer player) would LOVE it too! He absolutely loves anything stuffed!

I couldn't resist ... I bought this pattern and sock monkey :teehee:

Momwolf, how would I make the sweater?

05-02-2007, 06:41 AM
Dangles--The sweater is on the pattern you got, just look towards the end of pattern.

Lisa Kay asked how long it took to make.--I think it took 3 days of off and on knitting.

Thanks again everyone for the nice comments  I really enjoy making this Puppy.

TIP-If you are going to make a colored dog use some colored nylons to line the dog with so the stuffing doesn't show through the knitting.

Can hardly wait to see everyones finished puppies :happydance:
