Going to work Vestee in the round from the bottom up instead of front and back pieces. Since I am working in the round, do I need to make an changes to the stitch pattern?

Thanks,
Candice

Row 2 [RS]: K2, [p1, k2] to end.

In order to maintain the pattern in the round, I'd add a p so it would read

K2, [p1, k2] to last stitch, p1. This way you won't end up with 4 knits in a row.

Thanks. Next question,

Row 2 [RS]: K2, [p1, k2] to end.

So, I K2, p1, k2 and then repeat this whole sequence?

Row 1 [WS]: P all sts.
Row 2 [RS]: K2, [p1, k2] to end.
Repeat these 2 rows for Garter Rib.

It was row 2 that I changed. Row 1 is all purl.

I understand that you changed row 2. What do the paranthesis mean in that row?

I'm sorry. You'd end up working k2, p1 all the way around.

When something is in brackets, you repeat that over and over. In the original row instructions, they have you end with a k2. If you're working in the round, you'd end up working k2 twice, so my suggestion is to put a p1 between the two sets of k2.
