For the last three years my DH and I have participated in our local Bike Commute Month, logging our bike miles and attending the picnic and raffle drawing. I have my own bike and he has THREE, plus we have a tandem that we ride to this event. Lots of fun but we've never won anything.

Well, this year he won a bike worth $300 (and of course it was right after he was complaining about his bad luck that they called his number :rollseyes:)!

Now all we have to figure out is where to keep the thing.:shrug:

I have a big garage.....:lol: Of course, my bike is a WalMart special on which the front brakes don't work! I may "accidentally" use the stored one....:roflhard:

Knitting Guy, it's a Giant Cypress, a sort of commuter/comfort bike.

It's a nice little bike, and my DH is thinking that if we decide not to keep it he might give it to his dad. The bike store people are also very cool; they offered to ship it for us, from California to Texas, where DH's folks live.
