Hello!

This was my first time felting, and It was awesome! With the help of this great forum, I was able to finish both bags with very little frustration.

My husband saw them and said, "why did you go buy new bags?" I told him that I had made them and he said, "they look like you bought them, good job!" Coming from him , that's a great compliment! :happydance:

Excellent bags. A true positive testament to your hard work that your husband thought they were store bought. I especially like the colors in the bag on the left.

Yeah, it was was my first time ever working with Noro. The colors were really neat, but I sort of missed making my own stripes!

That's so cool! I started my first felting project today and I'm really nervous, but to see what a person's first project can be like, I'm newly inspired.
I'm definitely very impressed. Wonderful job on those awesome bags! :D

So pretty! I made myself a purse just like the second one pictured!

Glad your hubby approved (after he found out they weren't purchased)! :teehee:

The yarn she used is Noro yarn, and you can usually find it at any yarn store. It's a Japanese wool yarn.

great job! Lovely! :cheering:

I've got the booga on my list of future projects, I just can't decide on a colorway! Where did you get the pattern for the bag on the left?

I didn't use a pattern. I took the basic concept of the Booga bag and made it longer then folded it down.
