I used KP shine worsted for this and I'm really happy with how it turned out. It just took me 2 days to knit.
You might not be able to tell but the buttons are little ladybugs.
Awww..that is really cute. I really like the color combination. Good work! :cheering:

You did a great job

That is really pretty! I'm making a baby sweater with the KP Shine right now -- isn't it soft? I bet that it would make a very snuggly dress... I might have to put the Anouk on my to-knit list now!

I see Grass is one of your colors; what other Shine colors did you use?

Terra Cotta is the orange, Watermelon is the red, and Crocus is the purple.
It's NOT knit in the round. It's 2 pieces that you do a 3 needle bind off at the top of one shoulder. The other has a button. Here's a picture from Kate Gilbert's (the designer) website that shows how the sides are left open. Until I saw this I totally didn't understand the pattern.

I'm making this right now, so thanks for the finish-spiration! I may try to alter so that it's a dress instead of having those open sides...any ideas?

Ok , now all i have to do is learn how to do a 3 needle bind off :)
i will let you know what happens.
