This is my first time posting a FO, but I am here ALL the time!
First is a baby sweater vest with a hood and my "model". Second is a baby bib. Completed both this week!

They are both original designs. A friend of mine is testing my writing skills before I publish it.
I will post when it is completed and published! :muah:

Wow! :passedout:excellent colors and design! the only thing I would add is that snaps work way better for baby clothes than buttons do............

I had that exact thought when I put it on him. I think I will do that on my next design...

So beautiful! Yes, I'd love to know the types of yarn you used. A lot of times I don't LOVE the baby sweaters and baby stuff people make; it can sometimes be too old-fashioned or something. I'm completely in love with the stuff you do. Beautiful baby, beautiful knitting! GREAT job!!!!!!! :D

Your baby is ADORABLE! I'm jumping on the I-want-the-vest-pattern bandwagon! My little one is due in Nov., and I'd love to make that for him. Love it:) The bib is cute as well!

It looks like an old post but I seriously need to knit the exact same vest for my 8-year old, a button-up hooded vest!!!

Can anyone tell me where can I get this pattern for free please? Perfebly knitting the hood and vest in a piece instead of seaming later....

Thank you in advance

You might look at the original poster's blog (link in her signature in first post) to see if she posted this pattern there. The site the blog link takes you to says the blog has moved, and it looks like the new site is no longer active. HOWEVER, you can browse through the old site and see if you can find this pattern.

You might also try searching through KnittingHelp for all of this person's posts to see if she actually posted the pattern link on KH as she said she was going to.

Additionally, she might still participate on Ravelry. You can try finding her by searching for her designs (a few have specific titles as shown in her signature on first post).

If all of the above fails, you'll have to find another pattern because this poster is no longer active on KH.

No pictures are coming up for me. :?? Is it the little hooded vest on the baby in your profile pic? It sure is a cute one and the baby too, so maybe that is what everyone is talking about.
