Has anyone tried this method of joining yarn. I'm working in a single color with yarn that is nylon, rayon, and cotton, so it won't felt. I've tried the Russian join, but the plie is too loose for that. I just found this, but am not sure about it. Hope someone has used it and can advise.

That looks interesting. I'll have to keep it in mind when nothing else seems to work.
