These?
They're felted, but they turn out lovely!

I really like this slipper pattern here: http://www.berroco.com/exclusives/sacha/sacha.html
maybe you can make them look like Mary Janes

HERE (http://www.crochetme.com/frolicking) is an adult crochet pattern for mary janes. FREE

HERE (http://knitwhimsies.blogspot.com/2005/06/mjs-mary-jane-style-slippers-pattern.html) is a knitted version. FREE

This (http://store.valueweb.com/servlet/jeangood/Detail?no=369) is a knitting pattern for sale.

Fibertrends (http://www.paradisefibers.net/SearchResults.asp?Search=fibertrends+ballet&Search.x=0&Search.y=0) adult felted ballet slipper (not exactly like Mary Janes). They do have a smaller one for children that is more of a Mary Jane pattern. This is a pattern for sale.

The fibertrends pattern comes out like mary janes if you do the strap-- they're also wonderfully easy- I've made several pairs!!

I have a pattern that I bought a while back... Sweet Mary Janes (http://store.piddleloop.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=51)

I had to learn a little bit of crochet though...
