This one will also go to Stitches from the Heart. I used this pattern (http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Ranch/4054/babysweaterfront.htm), but I did seed stitch instead of ribbing. I want to add ribbons to tie it...I'm thinking the same soft green would look best. I have pink, but I don't think that is the look I want to go for this time.

So cute! I like the colors and the pretty seed stitch border. As usual, amazing sweaters! You're such a great knitter :knitting:

Cute sweater! I like working in some variegated yarn too. It's fun to see what it will do.

It's great that you make so many sweaters for those in need. Nice way to use your talents.

I love that I can actually do that now! I thought it would be years before I could knit a sweater.. little did I know how easy they really are...at least the baby ones. :teehee:

Jan, you're really generous, with all these baby sweaters you donate. Last time I counted, I think it was 7 in the last 3 months, but it could be more!

It is just adorable. I just bought my first baby sweater pattern and baby theme yarn to start one, now I can't wait to see how it turns out.

Thank you for sharing.

:aww: Thanks to everyone!

I have donated 4 so far to Stitches from the Heart and I have 3 more here almost ready. Previous to that I sent 4 or 5 to Knit for Kids.

Lest anyone think I've lost my mind... sweaters are fun and pretty easy. Pattern changes in sweaters keep you from getting bored. Being small they are portable, good stashbusters, a good way to learn new stitches and techniques and they are a nice thing to donate. ;)
