Which is your favorite? Personally I think I like both equally but cats are so much easier to take care of. I would make this a poll but I don't know how to do that.

Cats. I love cats. I grew up with cats, a house is incomplete with out a cat.
I don't much like dogs.

I have grown up with cats, most of the time more than one and I do agree that they are easier than dogs. While I love our dog Calvin, my cat Hobbes is in my heart. Its even harder right now cause I don't think she will make it much longer, her 21 years is catching up to her too fast.

Calvin and Hobbes. That's cute! 21 years is a long time. My cat is 18 1/2 years and I expect her to live to be 20. She seems to be doing great now so she probably will.

Both for different reasons. I have 2 cats and a dog. They all make me laugh. If I had to choose between them I couldn't it would literally break my heart. Here is one of my favorite comics ever, it feels so true!

Yes.
Okay that wasn't much of an answer, but I like both equally, though I am the employee (see signature) of 3 cats. :roflhard:

LOL, I was going to use the same answer that Rorshach did! Yes, LOL...great minds!
I like both, have both, but I am more of a dog person than a cat person, although, I love my cat, don't get me wrong!!!

I have three cats and two dogs.
I have always been a cat lover. Always had a cat in the house. Now I have three. One is the ruler of all, one is the great mighter hunter and the other well I let's just say that she is a very special kitty.
My two dogs are great. They take a lot of work and patience. Especially a 11 month old Cairn Terrier. She is like taking care of a toddler. But I wuv here very much!

Both of course!
I like lizards, snakes and tarantulas too, but my dog and cat are quite enough for now.

Cat person here. I couldn't deal with a dog. I don't have the time, energy or patience.

If I could only choose one I would definitely choose a cat. I understand the way cat's minds work, they make sense to me. I enjoy my dog too, but I just don't get what he is thinking half the time.

I prefer cats because, we can leave for a few days...give our cat, Higgins, a big bowl of water and food, and she's fine. Also cleaning up after her messes is much easier and not as stinky!
