ok..i have a silly question..do you block things that arent made with wool? thanks!

Most people say you don't need to block acrylic. For most other things, I'd say it probably depends. Like lace, you always block. Cotton sweater...probably depends on if it looks good unblocked! You'll get lots of different answers I think. Most of what I have blocked has been wool, and I think it has made a HUGE difference in the way my things look!

I've blocked acrylic scarves (using pressing cloth and steam method) and spritz method on acrylic squares. Both worked well. I've not blocked cotton....assembly takes care of any distortion.
