oh yes! at least you know she approves of the project.... and it looks like she was careful not to tangle anything!

Oh, how sweet. I have one kitten that likes to help me wind yarn from hanks (I don't have a winder or a swift so I have to use whatever is at hand). Well, maybe help isn't the right word, but he sure is fascinated by the process. :teehee:

Actually, it's a miracle that she didn't tangle it. She usually kneads for a while before settling in.
Purlygyrl, I know about trying to roll hanks into balls. I get "help" from her, and another one of my cats with that particular task.
...and let us not forget the 'making the bed' game. My cats love to play that.

I was going to say the same thing! :) She's sweet! Mine loves to play with my needles...while I'm using them.

Beautiful kitty and isn't it cool how they like to color coordinate their bedding? :)

I have a dog who does the exact same thing.

Awww, she found a cozy place! I'm sure if Emily and I left knitting laying around, our dog would lay on it! She is one to "arrange" a blanket, to her liking, before laying down

soo cute!! my always roll around in my knitting. what kind of cat is that?? it looks like a fox.

10-30-2007, 05:19 PM
:roflhard: Oh, wow, she DOES look like a fox, doesn't she? How funny.

I don't think she's a particular breed. Just a long haired tortie cat. My niece got her for her son, but due to finantial reasons, she and her family had to temporarily move in with her MIL. Because MIL, won't tolerate pets in the house, I gave Mabel, the kitty, and home with me, and my cat brood. As you can see, she'd made herself right at home. I had only left my knitting out just long enough to give my husband a haircut, and when I'd finished, it was plain that she'd claimed the sweater as her bed.
