I'm one of the few people who actually enjoy knitting with dpn's; I've never understood what some people find so difficult about them, but I keep hearing people talk about magic loop like it's better than sex. Last night curiosity finally won out and I sat down to try to learn ML from Amy's video. Wow! It is everything I had heard -- fast, easy, and no "ladders." I don't know why I waited so long!

You are welcome. I have a strange sense of humour, sure hope these jokes are ok in here. I would not want to get kicked out or anything. I am getting a lot from this site.

*sniff* SOME of us don't need artificial tools---we get incredible satisfaction out of doing it straight. With 14" to play with, who needs the magic loop? (droooool....and they come in PAIRS!)

Um, later gang!

Oh, honey....

Magic loop is my preferred method for small diameter circular knitting. But I prefer large diameter knitting.

I think probably in light of the way this conversation is going, that this is TMI but thanks for sharing! :roflhard:

14"? Try 40" the ML way! Maybe bigger isn't always better?
