Will this block well? If not, I'm going to frog it. I'm doing a 4 x 4 rib, probably way too much for the yarn.

Do you mean it is too stretchy and you want to fix it with blocking? If so, make sure it is not pulled wide/open when you block. When the item is laid out, pull it vertically (but gently because it's delicate when wet). Some people say don't block ribbing at all.
If it doesn't pull in, you can add knitting elastic later.

It's pulling in and that is what bothers me about it. I really hope the blocking works, because it is nice yarn and the pattern is pretty mindless but looks nice. Wish me luck on the blocking!
