I am wanting to knit DH a hat and I know once I do that my DS will want one as well. What are your favorite -for sensitive- hat yarns? And what yarn weight (if you don't follow the pattern closely) do you like to use best?

I've used weights from Koigu to Big Wool. Do you have a pattern in mind? For your DH & DS, you might want to go with a superwash. I've used Lorna's worsted and liked it. I haven't tried the KP Swish, but I'm sure someone here has some input?
