I don't have a picture of it yet, as my camera batteries are low and the child it's for is asleep...I want a picture of her with it on. Anyway, I finally finished this scarf. Let me go on record now as saying that I HATE making scarves. Especially when the pattern is monotonous. I don't mind so much the cable scarf I'm working on, each row is something different. I think I like the little things...booties, bibs, etc....or something that has a complicated pattern where I'm constantly doing something different.

So yes, I've finished something else, and need to go pet my stash before my idle hands decide to CO something new.

Good for you! I can't wait to see a picture with your little darling modelling it. You finished it just in time for the cold weather, eh? You should start using "eh" at the end of all your sentences, then you'll really feel like you're in Canada!

Okay, I finally got pictures of it. I had to wait until the spawn woke up, then I ambushed her at the breakfast table.

That made a nice deep textured fabric. Looks nice and warm. Your daughter looks sweet.

She won't go outside without it, so it makes me feel good that she loves something I made for her. My son can't wait for my to finish his mittens, but with him being grounded, I have a little time still.

Too cute -- both the scarf and your daughter! What yarn did you use? I think I may have to make one of these.

It was homespun - Lion's Brand I think, in the blue color. I know it's not very specific, but I can't find the ball band :p
