View Full Version : Foliage Hat

I have so many bigger projects on the needles/hook I needed to get the quick satisfaction of a fast knit. And since I'm wearing my hair in twists at the moment, my hair can actually fit in one of these standard knit hats! So I did the Foliage pattern from Fall 07 Knitty in handspun I bought in South Africa. I think it is the first and only project I've done in handspun.

Thanks! Actually, I generally hate coral colors. Someone else convinced me to get that color. Wasn't much yarn, though. I had to leave out the last 2 rounds of ribbing because I didn't have enough. Oh well, it's still one of the few souvenirs I have from South Africa.

Awesome! I loved your tour of all your OTN projects on your blog. Too funny! I have been doing the same lately. Today I made a dishcloth just to have something finished.
