My first lacy scarf, Arches & Columns (http://www.straw.com/cpy/cpy9613.html). My only divergence from the pattern is that I knitted it in two halves and Kitchener grafted them together (so the pattern is identical on each half). I also encouraged the scalloping along the bottom edges a bit during blocking. I made some dopey mistakes, but nothing catastrophic. This will be my first time giving a hand knitted gift to a non-family member. Woohoo!! :happydance:

Thanks, everyone, for the generous comments!

WandaT, I started it in early October, so technically it took me 2 months but I had limited knitting time. Also, I wasn't using stitch markers because of the pattern (yo's, skp's, etc) so I counted the stitches each and every row (and caught a missing yo several times!).

Thanks for being excited with me!!
