Anyone else having trouble logging in to their site? I am about to give up. I have previously ordered from them too.

I don't know if you're having the same type of problem I had, but a few months ago I found I wasn't able to log in to the Knit Picks web site. I knew my information was correct, but it kept rejecting my attempts. I sent them an email, and they responded with some suggestions that fixed the problem for me.
1. You need to add www.knitpicks.com (http://www.knitpicks.com) as an allowed site. You can go to their FAQ #3 and it will give you the steps.
2. You need to delete the www.knitpicks.com (http://www.knitpicks.com) cookies that are already on your computer. If you delete them manually, remember that there are two cookies from the web site, and you need to delete both of them. Refer to the FAQ #7.
3. Finally, you'll need to close and reopen your browser. Then you can return to the KP web site and try again.

This happens to me a lot!! So annoying... Usually I have to restart my computer and then I can sign in... nothing else works...If I don't feel like restarting and all that then I just call it in...they are very helpful...:thumbsup:

I had trouble last week. I knew I had the correct username and password, but it wouldn't let me log in. What Christine said above fixed it, but before I fixed it, I just called my order in. :)
