So DH tells me last night to go ahead and buy myself a "skeining machine" if it will take up less room and be quicker than what I'm using now. My main problem being I don't want to spend a lot of money, since I really already own a swift, a warp board and a ball winder, they're just in the possession of someone I'm no longer speaking to.

So where can I get a swift for a reasonable price? I've already decided to make a warping board because buying a new one is too expensive, and I can do without a ball winder for a while longer.

I got mine at Joann.com with a 40% off coupon. I got my ball winder they same way.
