Is there a video on this site that shows how to do a yo? If not would someone explain it to me.

Click here (http://www.knittinghelp.com/videos/increases) and scroll all the way down. On the right at the bottom is the yarn over video. :)

It's in the increases section, further down. You wrap the yarn around the needle, like you do a knit stitch, only the needle isn't inserted into a stitch on the left needle. It's an `air' stitch....
