Has anyone here knit Strudel from Wooly Wormhead? I've just frogged it for the 6th time. I need help!

I haven't made this...but I did look it up on ravelry and seen this:

Row 18 should read - yo, k2tog 11 (12, 13) times, w&t.
Chart is correct.
