The hat pattern is here (http://randomstitches.files.wordpress.com/2008/01/baby-berry-hat.pdf), and I used a baby sock pattern I found at knittinghelpcentral.com. I don't remember which one I used, but it was just a generic baby sock pattern. I adapted the leaf pattern from the hat onto the socks.
