I shouldn't be as proud as I am right now, but I am insanely pleased with myself.:cheering: I just completed two projects that were more difficult than anything I'd tried before!! I'm a new knitter, and I managed to do the blanket buddy and the monster bear from one skein wonders! It was so great! Yay!!

WTG - I know how it feels! Last fall I made a baby sweater and it was such a good feeling to do something more complicated!!

I can relate to that! Just got so sick of knitting scarves, living in a state where you need a scarf only occasionally, and how many baby blankets and afghans can you use? I finally conquered socks (and people say they're easy...huh!)

Congratulations!

Personally, I think "insanely proud" is quite appropriate! Congratulations!

Good for you. A great start on the addiction of knitting.

That's great to hear,

Hopefully I will be able to say the same thing soon. The only things i've made are for charity and those are just garter stitch 6 in x 9 inch pieces. I've only been knitting for a little less than 2 months.

Pattern abbreviations are like a foreign language so I can't follow one.

Way to go!
Heather
