I had my friend take this pic at Romni Wools downtown TO.

Unfortunatly the flash did not go off and we didn't know the extent of the fuzziness until we got home...but here is my yarn dream.

Not the best pic of me...but none the less...*drool*

I will get a better one taken next time I am there!

I have never been to Romni, kind of scared to go because I would want to buy so much I am sure. I will get there one day. What did you buy?

Are you next to the sock yarn wall? I went to Romni when I went and saw the Yarn Harlot. I LOVE Romni. My aunt and I could have spent hours and hours there. I limited myself to one treat- Manos Silk blend...it called out to me and I took it home. Oh I wish I was with you at Romni. I don't think it's something that anyone can understand unless they have been there. It is literally PACKED with yarn. I don't think you could look at everything if you tried.
Did you go into the basement?

Oh sadly I walked out with nothing...
I wanted everything and could not settle on anything. I did see some silk wool blends that I fell in love with...but couldn't come up with anything that I could use it for....

Romni IS packed with wool...and yes...I went to the basement...so many wools I want!

Oh...and no Sue..the sock wall is the one in front of me...and a little to my right...I just love wall to wall yarn!

The picture is cute! I have to say that I didn't used to buy anything without knowing exactly what I wanted to do with it, but ever since Ravelry, I've learned that I can go home and hunt for a pattern for the yarn.

I'm glad you had fun. Sometimes just going in and petting the yarn is enough.

Damn, I wish I didn't take a break from knitting when I was in Toronto last September. Sounds like there are lots of pretty yarns to pet and drool over.

Perhaps it was good that I wasn't into yarn back then, because if I was I may have traded my ticket back to Vancouver for yarn!
