I have two sets of 5 dp needles. One set is size 5 one is 3. The 3 is brand new in the package and bamboo.
The #5 set is plastic and does not have it's packageing. It was used once, not for long and suffered no ill effect from being thrown across the room. Beth

what kind of things would you take as a swap for the size 3?

Oh I don't know, one skein of yarn, (no wool, I become a leper), Bamboo or plastic s p needles, (I'm a new knitter and have very limited needles), what ever you might have extra that you could propose and hits my hot button. BTW you get a cute "sweater" needle holder too. Beth
