I have posted before ( i think ) expressing my surprise and disapointment when i finally found a knitting group and discovered after attending one meeting that they were gossipy and sort of snobish. Well I just found a new group! Totally by chance while out for drinks at a local pub. The group is called "Purl and Pitcher". They get together every Wednesday to knit and DRINK!!!!!!!!!!I was told not to brink anything complicated or lacy. Can't imagine why!:clink:

Glad you found a group you like. The one I go to also meets in one of the local pubs and its such a great atmosphere.
