i got a poorly pony. she has copdmildly that i have controlled with no problems for 10+ years. my neighbours between them have had a bonfire day and night for over a week now (its illegal in france to have a bon fire this time of year without th epolices permition, and i know one neighbour didnt have it). my poor pony has smoke damage to her lungs, she ca,n hardly breath.

my vet again refused to come and see her just saying she should be put to sleep if she cant breath!! i know there are treatment just didnt know what they are. i have found out a few now to try and she will start on sunday.

i so gota move and get a better vet me thinks

How old is your pony? Can't you report your neighbors without them knowing that you reported it.

hi

i did think about it, but iots to late now as it was last week, i thought that she would be feeling better by now hence getting a vet involved now.

i am simply going to find somewhere else to live and they can all fight amongst themselves once i've gone rather than directign everything at me (its actually deliberate i think because i have upset one of them, i have no idea how but i must have done, just hurendous that she would do this to my animals, i could have all my animals like this and my dads astmatic, it could have killed him!!)

sorry, that kinda turned into a rant didnt it, opps didnt mean to do that

sorry, you asked gingey's age, she's 13. i've had her since she was 18 months old so know her condition inside out, she's never been like this.

So, she is not that old then. I hope you can move soon and hope your dad is o.k.

my dad works away so he wasnt here when this all happened thankfully. but i got hold of a vet in england that advised sulphur would take down any inflimation, that should help her breathing to start with. she's had 1 dose and i can already see a difference. its totally amazing. she's started to get naughty again so i know shes on the mend :cheering: .
She's still a baby really as she's only 14.2hh so should live to a grand old age (i hope as she's my baby lol).

i'll let you know how she is, i have to go away for 5 days (hospital appt or i wouldnt be leaving her).
