Hi Everyone!!!

I've been meaning to knit a sweater or light jacket type for my soon to be 4yr. daughter. I've looked at some of the patterns I have and they just seem to be too complicated.
Do any of you have any suggestions on not so complicated patterns of sweaters?
I'm new to sweater making so i'm not too familiar with the more difficult patterns. So any suggestions would of course be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to All!!:woot: cloud9

These patterns are mostly seamless and very well written if you don't mind buying one. I've bought a couple and my first sweater was from here.

If you only want free take a look at these.

I've always thought these were cute. Pictures aren't great, but they are really cute from other images I've seen.

I just had "Junior Knits" by Debbie Bliss out from my library and it has
some really nice basic sweater patterns for kids. I made a few copies
from it to do some simple sweaters for my 3 year old daughter.

Thank You for replying and I found exactly what I was looking for.

I guess I should look to my local library for patterns. Thanks for the heads up and I will definitely look into more debbie bliss. I have her book on baby knits so I know they are written simply enough. Even though I haven't tried any yet.

I guess I have to stretch my horizons!!:aww:
Thanks again!!
