Can anyone direct me to a sizing chart for the purpose of designing one's own patterns? Men's, Women's, and Children's are needed. (Including things like neck circumfrence, sleeve length, shoulder width, etc. Not just bust/chest, waist & hips.) Thanks!!

Here's what I have bookmarked to start you out.

I would think adults would be hard because we are so many different sizes. Kids are as well, but there is a lot less shaping with kids so standard measurements probably work well.

Righetti has several in the back of her 'Sweater Design in Plain English' book. But as Jan noted, the numbers will vary based on the source. A 'Misses 12-14' isn't the same across the board.
