I've been knitting some hats lately and these two are my latest.
The red on is for my latest grandson, Jacob, who is 3 months old and the other one is mine... my first attempt at making a 'flower'.

Nicely done. The flower is spiffy addition to the acorn style of the hat.

An acorn hat...! I had no idea that it had a name... LOL!
I started crotcheting it and for some reason, the circle that I put my first stitches in didn't grow that fast - hence the peak...
Sometimes it's not what you do right that makes a pattern, sometimes it's what you do wrong!

No, I'm afraid not, Woodi. Those are all acrylic paintings behind me... from my painting days... LOL!
