View Full Version : FO: Beech Wood Cowl

I started this on Christmas Eve as a last-minute gift, but ran out of time before I could block and weave in the ends. So I kept it for myself and gifted something else. The pattern is Beech Wood (http://beech-wood), which is a free Ravelry download. The yarn is Colinette Cadenza in the colorway Dusk. I LOVE this yarn! It is a dream to knit with, and the jewel-like quality of the colors is impossible to capture with the camera. I think this pattern really shows it off well. I still need to add a decorative pin or button.

I like it with the DPN!! Shows your interests. It is beautiful, and the yarn looks scrumptious.

Really pretty! But I'm a sucker for anything blue, especially multiple shades of it.... I think I know what I'm making with some of my stash.

Absolutely love this scarf... and the 'pin' that holds it together... perhaps a stitch holder would be safer while still maintaining the elegance of the DPN...
It looks wonderfully soft and very luxurious... briming with colour but not outlandishly so...
A truly beautiful scarf....

I love it! Your knitting is smooth-looking, and the colors are my most favorite. I can't get the link to the pattern to work though. I am a member at Ravelry too.
