I found this lovely pattern for a yoked sweater for a baby. I love the way it looks and I'm wondering if there is a way I could adapt this pattern so I could knit it for myself.
Thanks,

If it's knit on small needles and thin yarn, you can try heavier yarn and large needles. If it's a top down raglan or yoke, CO the number of sts for about 16-20" to fit your neck. Then do the increases the same way, only keep going until it fits you at the underarm. Then split off the sleeve sts the same way and knit the body and sleeves, decreasing on the sleeves about every inch or two if they're long sleeves. Just ignore the stitch count in the baby size pattern and work with your tape measure.
