Hi!

I'm working on Blue Sky Alpaca's Baby Bobbi Bear and am already confused on how to work the pattern!

For the front of the bear it says
Row 1: (RS, dec): K1, ssk, k24, k2tog, k1, turn. Rem sts unworked.

I'm working on double pointed needles. How to I leave the remaining stitches unworked and then go on to purl the next row? I'm so confused!

Thanks for the help! :)

At this point you turn the work and use the 2 dpns as straights.

Just leave the rest of the sts on their own needles, turn and work flat.

Oh, well that seems simple enough. Thank you so much for the help!

Could I get help again? The pattern has now asked me to

"Turn work upsdie down. With RS facing, work back and forth in rows at cast on edge as foll:

Row 1: Sk first 5 sts, join new yarn, pick up and knit next 20 sts, turn."

Could someone explain to me what a foll is and how to skip and join new yarn? :D Are there any videos I can look at for a tutorial?

Thank you again!

As foll, means as following, then it gives you the next instructions. Is that `Sk' or `Sl' which would be slip? Either way, move the sts to the right needle or to a stitch holder and with a yarn end, pick up 20 sts along the edge. Picking up stitches is in a video on the Tips page near the bottom.
