I'm just full of questions today, sorry!

Does anyone know if this is a particular stitch pattern, or know how to replicate it?

Try this website...there's lots of stitch patterns there. I'd look at the lacy stitch patterns to see if one looks about right

:) You're so welcome! I looked through my Vogue Knitting Stitchionary but didn't see anything that looked like that. Maybe someone else will know off the top of their head what that is. It's pretty, though.

It resembles the Ridged Feather Stitch: Multiple of 11 sts.
Row 1: (RS) Knit.
Row 2: Purl
Row 3: [P2tog]x2, [yo, k1]x3, yo, [p2tog]x2
Row 4: Purl
Repeat these 4 rows.

Your photo doesn't show the P2tog but you could actually replace them with K2tog. Hope this helps...

I agree, it looks like a stockinette Feather and Fan, which the pattern row and RS rows are knit, the WS rows are all purl.

Thanks so much. I'm tucking this away for reference, I'm going to try it out as soon as my current project is done. I want to use the stitch pattern in a scarf :)
