when people make sweaters...how to they get them to come out to where there is no yarn fuzz????? is there some special yarn.....or way of knitting or washing techinique????

A lot of it depends on the yarn. Softer yarn sometimes pills and fuzzes more because it's not twisted as tightly. But it's softer.... They don't shed fuzz indefinitely, there's a point where it stops before becoming threadbare.

We shave 'em.

Seriously--all wool pills to a degree, some more than others, and you can use a sweater shaver, stone or razor to get them off. It has to do with short fibers in the yarn. Once they're all out, pilling isn't supposed to happen.

There are things at KnitPicks that are called "pill removers", but I don't know how well they work.
