My friend's baby shower is today, so I spent the whole month of May knitting items for her baby shower!

(All of these items are made from patterns that exist in my head - I don't really like to follow patterns to I look at pictures of what I like and than make up my own pattern as I go along - take notes if I have to do multiples)

First off - a blanket

than I made a sleep sac (with a "C" on it)

baby hat (with crochet edging)

and than I took all the items and made a diaper cake!

YOWZA!!!! All I know is your friend better love you. You do amazing work and are super talented to be able to come up with patterns in your head. Do you think you could write down the pattern for those skirties if it is not too much trouble. I would be willing to pay you for it. Those are adorable.

WOW! What talent! Those are amazing gifts that I'm sure will be charished, I too have a son so skirtles are out for me as well, but they really are cute how did you do them? The best I could do was a patchwork quilt for my son and some bibs. lol I sure wish I had your talent. Love the diaper cake very cool.

How beautiful! I can't believe you did all that in a month. I am just starting on a baby blanket for my son and it has taken me a month to get 1/6th of the way. Of course, I am really new at this. This was some nice inspiration!!!
