Here's how I did the tank tops.

Tank top pattern.
Row one: Ch28, Sc all around.
Row tow: sc all around.
Row three: Sc 1, ch8, sikp the 8, skip 3, sc 4, ch8, sikp 8, sikp 3.

Bind off. Saw snaps up.
