I just got an email from Knitting Daily for PDF with 7 free lace patterns, and one of them is one I've been dying for, it's Tailored Scallops Cardigan, see below, on the cover of Pam Allen's book Lace Style:

Yeah, I got the socks one a few weeks ago. Perhaps they are both permanent free patterns. :woohoo:. I'll probably still buy the Lace book, I'm hooked on lace, especially cardis in my hot climate!
