I don't know what the rules are for things like magazine articles, but unfortunately, it's illegal for anyone to copy something from one of her books and send it to you. However, if you look on Amazon, there are a number of her knitting books for children on there and some of them can be had used for less than 5 pounds.

Debbie Bliss's website publishes a rotating free pattern, so check back frequently because it is always changing.

Hi,
I think this may be where you will find that pattern. I just saw it on the following website: http://www.allaboutyou.com/craft/knitting-pattern-baby-garter-stitch-jacket/v1
It is a free pattern -- hope it is the one you are looking for.

I"m not sure about your local library, but our library has ALL the Debbie Bliss knitting books. It's a fabulous resource for free patterns!
