Ok, if you had a Herschners warehouse near you that was having a big sale and stated they had savings up 80% off with 15,000 skeins of yarn to pick from.
What would you go buy? Is there some I shouldn't buy, I want to knit sweaters for myself and maybe a few baby things. Don't really know that much about the yarns they carry. Have always purchased yarn from a LYS.
But I want to go and check it out, would be nice to have a shopping list.

Sue, thanks. I bought some Herschners Whisper Soft, and it is very soft, enough for two sweaters and then some striped yarn for toddler sweaters.
Lots of ladies there touching and feeling, and lots of yard. I am happy with my purchases.

my mom lives right by the Herschner's in Steven's point (or near) WI. I never seem to be there at the time they are having the big sale. But they do coupons the same as Michaels or Joanne's, 40 % off, that's where I got my swift!
