Has anyone found any bolero/shrug patterns they've used and been pleased with? I'd like to make a simple shrug really for the purpose of adding sleeves to outfits really, AC is often cold and there are cute sleeveless shirts I'd like to wear to work. And a bolero seems a little more simple than a cardigan.

I"ve never made one, but you will probably find some patterns to choose from here:

I want to try to make something shaped like this, but with longer sleeves

It seems easy enough.. maybe.

Oh okay, you should have said that in the first place. Shrug/bolero are used pretty much interchangeably, but I found more under shrug for this one. Bolero was more jackety.

Here's a few that are similar.

Once you see how these are done you can probably figure out one on your own, too.
