I'm looking for a pattern for a spiral afghan that is not done in squares. I looked at the zen spiral on lionbrand, but I just don't like that pattern for some reason. Any help would be most appreciated.

I have a pattern for a spiral afghan. Very intriguing. I'm not home right now, but went to barnsandnobles.com, and found these two books (I have both of them):

Special Techniques & Stitches in Crochet by Judy Crow

Geometrics: A New Way to Crochet by Ruthie Marks

I'll try to remember to check when I get home, and if it's not in either of these, then I'll find the correct one and let you know what it is.

You're welcome. (Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to check, but I will either tonight or tomorrow.)

Finally, after nearly a month, I found the "real" book with the spiral pattern in it. The name of it is "Top Technique & Special Stitch Afghans". (ISBN: 1-57367-129-0) It is from "The Needlework Shop"

So sorry this took so long.
