Is that a regular rib pattern, or is it something else? I can't tell on my computer screen...

I love the back of this sweater. I wish I liked the front nearly as much...I may get the pattern anyway, just because I like the back so much...but anyway, how did they do this collar, can someone tell me?

It's kind of a garter rib I think, not a regular one. Or possibly brioche stitch, aka fisherman's rib (or shaker stitch/rib).
