I just preordered a cellphone from amazon, my old one is 5 years old.

The product description seems a bit fishy, and the price I paid was cheaper than the one shown.

So I wonder, should I worry?

You can always send it back, Amazon is really good at returns.

I have done lots of business with Amazon and never had a problem. With books I have noticed the actual price does sometimes end up less than the listed.

I wouldn't think there was anything fishy.
