I am trying to check I have enough wool to start the Cyberseams Felted bag. It states I need 6 skeins, but I am using 100% Irish wool instead. Can any one confirm that 1 skein of Felt-it = 2oz please?

It's 3.5 ozs per 100 gms and 85 meters/93 yds.
