Hello fellow spinners!
I just wanted to post a photo of the first complete project I ever did. I washed, carded and spun the wool, dyed it with Kool-Aid, and then knit this little purse. I use it to carry mints and gum in my pocketbook. It was fun!
Here's the pattern:

So cool! Is it plied? If not, that is an impressive single, no bias or anything!

Thanks Arugula! It's not plied. It's a single - I was too impatient to ply anything!
Koolbreeze, plied means you get two or more strands of spun yarn and twist them together. If you look at store-bought yarn, you'll see some of them are two-ply or three-ply, etc.

This is so cool!!! I want my own sheep farm so I can love my sheep and they grow wool from that love and I shave them off with love and spin it up and knit it and make yummy things and give them to my friends and they can wear my love forever.

Congratulations! That's the ultimate for a spinner/knitter... knitting something from the wool you washed and spun. What a little treasure!
