This has to be one of my favorite things I have ever knit! It's so soft, and simple, and it came out so great!!!

Thanks everyone! :muah:
Sue is right on both things: It's Patons SWS in Natural Pink, and she has the correct link to the pattern! It's such an easy and gratifying knit!! I am making a few more for a charity as we speak, er, type!

Very pretty scarf, and the pattern looks like a good one to learn on (for my DDIL).
Living in San Diego, when are you going to be able to wear it? I have a suggestion for a new home . . . ;) :happydance: :)

Haha ;) I'm hoping to wear it when it gets to be fall. I am closer to the ocean, so we get a chilly marine layer. Plus going back home to the midwest for the holidays will help it get use! :woot:

I used just two balls! I had a third, but I didn't need it. Those two balls went a loooooooong way! I can wrap it around a couple times with plenty still hanging :)

I am sort of new to knitting and I looked up the Patons SWS. I see that it is made of 70% wool and 30% soy. I have never liked anything wool because it is so itchy. Is this kind of yarn like that or does the soy give it a different feel?

Superwash wool isn't so itchy. Have you tried it?

No... I the "wool" just scares me.

New wool is MUCH nicer than the old stuff they used to have. You should give it a try. Just feel a few of them.
