I made these for a friend who's shower is the Sunday. And I finished them more than a day before the shower, in fact they are already wrapped!

The socks are from here http://www.knotionsmag.com/patterns/under_one_skein.aspx the skywatcher ones. That's not the link I used for the pattern but the link I have is broken..
