FO-Ribs & Ruffles Baby Blanket

Here's the blanket I finally finished for my grand-daughter coming in June. I based the body from the Misti Alpaca's Ribs & Ruffles scarf (http://www.mistialpaca.com/patterns2.php?id=72) but added a crocheted ruffle.
